Wolfepack Renovation is an owner/operator business. Our costs are low because we do not pay for office space, secretaries, and costly management software. You work directly with Daniel, the owner and project manager. No more texts left on “read” and endless voicemails.
We offer a “cost-plus” based transparent billing system. We do not upcharge behind the scenes. You get contractor pricing on materials and subcontractors. Our management fee is a percentage of the job costs, and pricing is flexible based on the scope of your project.

Q: Do I need a designer?
A: We are happy to work with your designer or with you directly. For large remodels, it is recommended that you work with a designer or architect of your choosing. We are happy to refer designers and architects if requested.
Q: How does your payment structure work?
A: Wolfepack Renovation reviews all invoices from subcontractors and submits them to you directly. We charge a 20% management fee on project costs but do not upcharge behind the scenes. You pay as work is completed, progress payments are requested when reasonable. We do not charge our fee on planning services such as permits, architects or designers.
Q: 20% is a lot! What do I get in return?
A: Wolfepack Renovation will manage all subcontractors and address all scheduling and quality concerns. Most homeowners end up spending more going it alone! Wolfepack Renovation has worked with all its subcontractors for many years, and we save you money by ensuring prices are fair and the work is done right and in a timely manner. We also have a network of material suppliers who give us the best pricing or your project!
Q: How long will my remodel take?
A: This is always dependent on the scope of your remodel. Wolfepack Renovation makes every effort to keep your project moving and completed in a timely manner, but we always prioritize quality.
